Driving Lessons & Driving Ed. Course Policies

• Students must be dressed appropriately, and MUST always bring their Driver’s License.
• The school reserves the right to deny a student the right to use the school car to take a practice test if he/she is not ready for the test in the opinion of the instructor.
• Young Pro Drivers Academy does not guarantee road test passing to the student after the completion of preparatory and training in a car.
• The school reserves the right to cancel driving lessons in Moncton or Saint John in case of dangerous weather conditions. In this case, the lesson is postponed to another day in agreement with the student.
• The school reserves the right to deny a student the right to use the school car to take a practice test if he/she is not ready for the test in the opinion of the instructor.

  Dangerous driving during driving lessons in Moncton and Saint John
  
• The allocated driving instructor reserves the right to end an active lesson if the student is driving in a dangerous manner, this includes but is not limited to, speeding and aggressive driving. No refund will be given for the lesson.
• If a student has prepaid for a package of lessons and the instructor feels at significant risk in the vehicle with the student, the whole package value may be forfeited. This, however, is at the discretion of the Young Pro Drivers Academy.
• NO passenger is allowed in the car during the lesson unless authorized by the instructor.
• Students who do not cancel their lesson 48 hr prior to the scheduled lesson time will not be refunded the fee for the canceled lesson.
• If the fee is not paid in advance, the student will be required to pay for the next lesson.
• The student is responsible for the cancellation fee ($50.00) if they fail to inform 48 hours prior to the road test, and they must inform his/her instructor.
• For road tests, all students must bring his/her driver’s license.
• Any remaining fees owed to the driving school MUST be paid prior to the road test.
• He/She must bring sufficient funds to pay for the road test.
• There are no refunds for any taken lessons.

Behind-the-wheel (driving lessons) cancellation policy

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for driving lessons in Moncton or Saint John. Cancelations must be made during our office hours only, M-F 9:30 am-5:30pm, by phone (877) 867-2817, email info@youngprodrivers.com  or by text message at (506) 647-0182
